- Submit your winning ticket and required documents to the relevant authority within 30 days of the draw.
- For prizes up to ₹1,00,000, claim at the District Lottery Offices. For amounts above ₹1,00,000, submit your claim to the Directorate of State Lotteries.
- Ensure the back of your ticket is signed with your name and address.

- Claim application form.
- Two passport-size photos attested by a gazetted officer or notary.
- Receipt for prize money with a ₹1/- revenue stamp affixed.
